These hormone-supportive bites offer a deliciously creamy texture and natural sweetness, with maca root to help balance energy and mood—ideal for midlife women navigating busy days.

Ingredients:

1 cup softened Medjool dates (pitted and soaked if needed)

1 cup raw cashew butter

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)

2 tablespoons maca powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

In a food processor, blend dates and cashew butter until smooth.

Add shredded coconut, maca powder, chia seeds, vanilla, and sea salt. Pulse until everything is well incorporated and sticky.

Roll into bite-sized balls and coat in extra shredded coconut if desired.

Chill for 30 minutes and store in the fridge for up to 10 days.

Makes: 18–20 bites
